Wyndham's Luxury Beachfront Vacation Resort Presents "For Agents Only"
Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa, A Wyndham Grand Resort is offering a 2011 agent rate of $135 through
May 1; and a rate of $115 May 2 through December 22. The 500-acre beachfront resort has two
championship golf courses, 13 court professional tennis complex, 12 dining/entertainment venues,
beachfront pools, full-service casino and a 7,000 sq. feet Balinese-inspired Mandara Spa. Agents
traveling with family can book a maximum of two rooms per stay. The maximum length of stay is seven
nights. Extra person rate is $40 per night plus taxes. Rates are per room, per night for single or double
occupancy and are subject to change without notice. These rates are applicable for FIT travel only and
are subject to availability at time of request. ""For Agents Only" is a net, non-commission rate and is
subject to 26.54 percent tax and resort service fee.

Agent Rate from St. Kitts Marriott Resort
St. Kitts Marriott Resort is offering a 2011 fam rate of $105 (exclusive of taxes) per room per night, available until December 21, 2011. Agents must successfully complete the Marriott Hotel Excellence Program and show a valid agent ID (IATAN card) and Hotel Excellence Certificate upon check in. Maximum four-night stay with one certificate. The rate is subject to availability and some restrictions and blackout dates apply.
