With apps already available for many cities, countries and islands, Research in Motion (RIM), and go! Destination Marketing is proud to announce that the nations of the Caribbean will soon be included in the international app family.
go! Destination Marketing has begun a new initiative creating Caribbean and Latin American apps for RIM, for the Blackberry™ phone and Playbook via the Blackberry App World store. The apps will be on sale for a very reasonable .99 cents.
The first three apps will be Inside Track to Kingston, Inside Track to Santo Domingo, and Inside Track to Port of Spain. The Kingston app is on schedule to launch this spring, while the Santo Domingo and Port of Spain apps will go on sale in early summer. In the coming months, go! Destination Marketing will produce apps showcasing cities as well as individual countries in the Caribbean and Latin America.
go! Destination Marketing will be traveling to Port of Spain in the months to come to thoroughly research hotels, restaurants, shops and attractions. The app will be designed to be of use to both business and leisure travelers. Tourism-related businesses in Port of Spain should feel free to reach out to Mark Rogers (markrogers2009@hotmail.com) to provide information for possible inclusion in Inside Track to Port of Spain.
go! Destination Marketing was started in 2010 by award-winning travel writer Mark Rogers.
