WELCOME TO THE DEBUT EDITION OF THAILAND CONNECTION
A new e-newsletter from the Tourism Authority of Thailand and go! Destination Marketing created expressly for travel agents. It’s our aim to provide you with insights and information to help you sell more travel to Thailand. In each edition, we’ll bring the travel agent voice into the mix, and enliven content with video links that kick it up a notch.

It’s certainly true that Thailand’s tourism has had its share of ups and downs over the last several years, but it’s equally true that the destination has shown resilience and transparency in handling its setbacks. This grace under pressure has always restored Thailand’s prominence as one of Asia’s top destinations. In this edition of Thailand Connection, we’ll shine a light on the country’s appeal for honeymooners, check in on a travel agent’s recent travels to the country, and highlight the upcoming Loy Krathong festival, one of Thailand’s most enchanting annual events.

This bodes well for Thailand capturing a larger share of the honeymoon market, as long as travel agents make the case for the destination as a prime choice for this (hopefully) once-in-a-lifetime travel experience.
