All-Inclusive Options Tobago is often referred to as the last island of the “Unspoilt Caribbean.” One of the best ways to experience the island’s charms is to stay at either one of a pair of sister resorts, Le Grand Courlan Spa Resort and Grafton Beach Resort. Both beachfront resorts are located on Stonehaven Bay on the western coast of the island. Le Grand Courlan Spa Resort is located five miles from the airport and five miles from Scarborough, the capital of Tobago; while Grafton Beach Resort is 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Scarborough.
